The breakfast buffet featured a nice selection. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found a well-kept jacuzzi and swimming pool which added luxury. The location is within easy walking distance to key attractions..
I found the staffing at the reception to be lacking.. Adding staff members would help manage busy times more efficiently.

i found the double beds were not the most comfortable. the room seemed small. there were only two mugs despite there being four of us.

the beds were comfortable enough , acceptable.
The pool was a total letdown. it was far too small considering how many guests were there. Getting a spot felt impossible. also, the breakfast setup was chaotic with long queues for the coffee machines. One was even broken for several days!!!

The breakfast selection featured a good variety. I especially liked the excellent location near many attractions. The gym included a good fitness area and a pool. Magda was an amazing server at the restaurant. She brought food out quickly.
The room lacked wine glasses, and it also needed a bottle opener. Tea bags were not restocked . Customer service was poor, and my VIP status was not acknowledged, disappointing. I asked for tea bags and waited 40 minutes.

The breakfast selection was quite good. The location proved accessible, providing easy access to different attractions. I found the room to be clean. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The system felt outdated, struggling to keep the room cool enough. I noticed the swimming pool was small. The water also felt too cold for a comfortable swim.
